N2  - Während die Entwicklung wissenschaftlicher Weiterbildungsangebote bisher zumeist dem Ansatz einer Angebotsorientierung folgt, zielt das Projekt auf den Ansatz der Nachfrageorientierung. Im vorliegenden Arbeitsbericht wird die Planung und Entwicklung eines weiterbildenden Studienangebots zum Themenfeld Interkulturalität und Migration dokumentiert, welches im ersten Schritt der Entwicklung dem Ansatz der Angebotsorientierung folgte, jedoch in einem weiteren Schritt bedarfsorientiert geprüft und bestätigt bzw. angepasst wird. Nach einem kurzen thematischen Überblick werden zunächst relevante Bedarfserhebungen und –analysen beschrieben. Daran anschließend erfolgt eine Darstellung des hieraus (weiter-) entwickelten Konzepts eines Studienangebots im Bereich Interkulturalität und Migration.
N2  - Usually the development of academic further education programs are mostly following the approach of a supply orientation. In this project the development pursues the approach of demand-orientation. This report shows the planning and development of a study program in the field of interculturalism and migration. The first step of the development follows the approach of supply orientation. In a further step demands are examined and finally were either confirmed or adapted to the concept. After a thematic overview, relevant surveys and analyses of needs will be initially described. At the end the concept for the study program in the field of interculturalism and migration will be presented in total.
